The Department of Psychology and Neuroscience hosted hands-on activity tables for Des Moines area children to learn about the science of psychology and neuroscience at Blank Park Zoo’s STEM at the Zoo event. Seven students representing the national honor societies for psychology (Psi Chi) and neuroscience (Nu Rho Psi) participated in the event which was held on September 15, 2015. Faculty mentors included Dr. Brian Sanders and Dr. Jill Allen.
